Rose Road Apartments

A build-to-rent apartment development in one of Auckland's most popular suburbs. The project features 57 one and two-bedroom apartments, located off Williamson Ave close to Ponsonby Rd and Grey Lynn Park.

The building has eight levels including two basements of car parking; commercial operators on the ground floor with five levels of apartments above. The top floor is recessed and features five larger apartments with views of the city and harbour.

The construction is structural steel with concrete precast panels.
