HMOA's alterations to an existing three-bedroom home in Arrowtown open onto a new swimming pool in the rear garden.

To meet the client's brief for more living areas, a series of new spaces have been created that vary in scale and volume. These extend and open up the home from the existing smaller spaces.

The additions centre around an improved physical and visual connection to the rear garden, the terrace and the new pool.
