The addition of new changing rooms, administration area and weights room to the existing 13-year-old gymnasium at this prestigious Christchurch college.

The staged nature of the project allowed the school to continue to use the facilities throughout the construction phase, a challenge that involved skilful collaboration with the wider project team to meet tight timelines.

Durability and efficiency were key considerations in our design solutions, with low-height brick and high-level metal cladding specified to meet expectations of cost and sustainability.
