HMOA has worked with Local Collective on the master plan for this new subdivision just north of Wellington. More than 200 homes are planned on the 23ha greenfield land, and a resource consent has been granted.  

The mixed residential development features 213 residential units including 43 semi-detached townhouses, eight three-storey apartments and two standalone dwellings, as well as new roads, public reserves and an artificial stormwater wetland.

The project is being developed by Grenada North Nominees Limited, an offshoot of Tauranga-based Carrus Corporation. Cuttriss Consultants worked on the engineering and planning.
