This development for Kāinga Ora features 35 apartments, a community room, 24 car parks and a playground area. The project has achieved a 6-star Homestar rating.
There are six three-bedroom apartments, eighteen two-bedroom and eleven one-bedroom apartments
All ground-floor units are designed to 'Full Universal Design', allowing future conversion, without changing the interior walls, to fully accessible apartments. They already have accessible car parks and ramps, and all amenities are on site.
The building will be constructed from patterned precast panel walls, Hibond concrete floors and long-run roofing with aluminium windows, balustrades and screens.
